Our 30-day guarantee is available to all first-time customers who purchase directly from our website. To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- The guarantee applies to one order per customer
- You must have taken the product consistently for at least 2 weeks before requesting a refund — collagen takes time to work and we ask that you give it a fair chance
- Purchases must be made directly through our website — we cannot process refunds for orders placed through third-party retailers
How to request a refund
We've made this as simple as possible. No forms, no return labels, no back-and-forth. Here's all you need to do:
- Email us on our contact page with the subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
- Let us know briefly what your experience was — this helps us improve the product
- That's it. We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping & order issues
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, we will replace it or refund it immediately — no 30-day window required. This falls outside of our standard guarantee and is simply the right thing to do.
Please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date for lost or damaged orders.
Common questions
Do I have to send the product back?
No. We don't require you to return anything. You can keep or dispose of the remaining product — we'll still process your refund in full.
How long does the refund take to appear?We process refunds within 3–5 business days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
I bought the 3-bag bundle. Is the whole thing covered?Yes — your full bundle purchase is covered under the 30-day guarantee. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, we refund the entire order amount.
What if I'm a subscriber and want to cancel?You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. Just email us or log into your account and cancel before your next billing date. Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 30-day window from each individual charge date.
I bought through Amazon. Can I still get a refund?For orders placed through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces, please follow their respective return and refund policies. Our 30-day guarantee applies only to orders placed directly at elivra.com.
