Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
